For the first time ever on TPF I will be giving my honest predictions on how matches will go in the UFL. To my friends on the teams that I predict to lose, please don't take it personally, and feel free to use this as motivation.
Ceres- La Salle versus Green Archers United Globe
This is the very first La Salle derby in the UFL's history, and it is shaping up to be a good one. Ceres was solid in the group stages, defeating first-division Pachanga 2-1, then in the round of 16 manhandling Agila 7-2.
Ceres plays a selfless brand of Football predicated on quick passing in the midfield and lots of movement away from the ball. Jayson Panhay was magnificent in the rout over Agila. He is a constant threat on the left wing with his excellent crossing, and his free kick goal in that game was a sight to behold. Joshua Beloya didn't start in the Agila game, but when he came on as a sub he scored within seconds.
