Atletico Madrid v Malaga: Both teams to score 6/10 (1.60) William Hill
An attractive match is anticipated at the Vicente Calderon, with Malaga, who are already guaranteed European football, hoping to secure a place in the Champions League. Meanwhile, Atleti still have a mathematical chance of claiming fourth place themselves.
Though Diego Simeone's men will have next week's Europa League final in mind, the fact that they still have something to play for domestically means the Argentine is unlikely to field a weakened side.
That Malaga are challenging for a place in European football's elite competition is in spite of their atrocious defensive record which has seen them fail to keep a clean sheet in their last 11 away games. However they have only failed to score twice in those eleven games, and with Atleti scoring in each of their last eleven home matches, backing goals at both ends looks a solid selection.
Sevilla v Rayo Vallecano: Sevilla to win 4/6 (1.67) William Hill
Rayo need a win to be sure of avoiding relegation and maintain the historic feat of the city of Madrid having four clubs in the top flight.
Unfortunately for the side from the suburb of Vallecas, they are on a staggeringly poor run of form, having lost eight of their last nine matches.
Away from home Jose Sandoval's side have lost each of their last six games, with no team in the division having conceded more goals on the road. Though Sevilla themselves have been disappointing this season, they should still be too strong at home for Rayo.
Valencia v Villarreal: Over 2.5 goals 13/20 (1.65) William Hill
What do you get if you cross a side that has been in rampant scoring form at home, with a team limping towards the end of the season having already secured safety?
The answer is hopefully at least three goals.
Valencia have had an extremely turbulent season, but have notched four goals in each of their last three home games.
Four of their last five league matches have gone over 3.5, while Villarreal have scored in five of their last six away games. With the home side needing points to secure Champions League football, a Valencia win looks likely, but over 2.5 goals offers better odds and is just as probable.
