Pacquiao lets Mayweather slide, Roach compares Mayweather Sr. to Predator

The Pacman makes a strong comeback as he defeats his American challenger. Here's what he had to say post-fight.

Manny Pacquiao refused to hit back after Floyd Mayweather mocked him through Twitter with a Christmas card. The Filipino Congressman instead wrote a public note to wish everyone a merry Christmas.

“Remember this is the season to celebrate the birth of Jesus and remember his love for us,” the message on his official website read. “Please share that same love with everyone around you and God bless!”

Mike Koncz, Pacquiao’s right-hand man saw the tweet in positive light. “At least Floyd’s thinking of us in some way,” Koncz said in an interview with LA Times Lance Pugmire. “I smiled when I saw it last night and I’ll show it to Manny when I get to the Philippines.”

Koncz, however, admitted that fights against Mayweather and even Juan Manuel Marquez are remote possibilities for Pacquiao.

“Marquez will never fight us again,” Koncz added in the same interview. “Why would he? He has bragging rights and all the money he wants.”

Mayweather continued posting about Pacquiao on his Twitter account as he tweeted a picture of Manny Roach, a person who resembled both the fighter and his trainer.

Freddie Roach then retaliated as he took a shot at Floyd Mayweather Sr. also on Twitter, comparing him to a movie villain.

“Always good to watch old movies on Christmas. Watched Predator today,” tweeted the trainer. Roach then attached a photo of Mayweather Sr. beside Predator.
