Cologne celebrate Bundesliga promotion with massive pitch invasion and lots of beer

Cologne beat Bochum 3-1 to seal their promotion back to the Bundesliga after two seasons in the second division and the celebration after the match was spectacular. The pitch was completely covered by fans and players as they celebrated being 10 points clear of second-place SpVgg Furth and the traditional beer baths were flowing.

Lukas Podolski, who left Cologne for Arsenal when they were relegated in 2012, returned to show his support.

The gut tattoos were also hanging out...

Striker Anthony Ujah, meanwhile, decided to put the beer to better use and dump all he could down his throat at the same time.

That's how you celebrate promotion.
