Finally, five-division world champion and grizzled ring veteran Jorge “Travieso” Arce returns to Las Vegas action after over a year to battle tough Puerto Rican Jesus Rojas, who has an 18-1-1 record with 13 knockouts, in a 10-round junior featherweight fight.
