Glasgow sealed a return to the Celtic League final with a tense 16-14 win over Ulster in Friday's semi-final at Scotstoun. Gregor Townsend's side had struggled to subdue the Irish province in the early stages and fell behind to Chris Henry's try. But Glasgow came out fired up for the second half and DTH van Der Merwe levelled the scores on his final home appearance five minutes from time. Scotland fly-half Finn Russell booted the decisive conversion to send Glasgow to the Belfast final on May 30, when they will face the winner of Saturday's second semi-final between Munster and Ospreys. After finishing top of the Celtic League table for the first time in the club's history, Glasgow are now one step away from claiming the title for the first time, just 12 months after losing to Leinster in the final.
