Hole-in-one for Jimenez at Wentworth

Spanish golfer Miguel Angel Jimenez plays his second shot to the fourth green on the third day of the PGA Championship at Wentworth Golf Club in Surrey, south west of London, on May 23, 2015

Miguel Angel Jimenez struck a superb hole in one to get his third round off to a flying start in the European PGA Championship at Wentworth on Saturday. The veteran Spaniard had the crowd on its' feet and cheering loudly as he showed his intention to play positive, attacking golf and move into contention. His trademark gun slinger's pose turned to the old snake hips celebration as he removed his sunglasses and smiled broadly. Jimenez nailed his iron at the 158-yard hole and was delighted to see it bounce just beyond the pin and spin back into the hole. It was just the start the evergreen, cigar puffing 51-year-old needed as he moved menacingly to eight under and just two shots off the lead.
