Ukrainian legend and team captain Andrei Shevchenko is a doubt for his side's crucial final Euro 2012 Group D game against England on Tuesday after he was unable to train on Sunday because of a knee problem. The 35-year-old former Ballon d'Or striker - who scored twice in the opening 2-1 win over Sweden - suffered two knocks to the knee in the 2-0 defeat by France on Friday. "Shevchenko took two hits to his left knee against France and he has water on the knee as a result," a member of the Ukrainian backroom staff told AFP. "He was not able to train on Sunday and he is undergoing medical treatment. "We hope he will be able to play on Tuesday but for the moment he is a doubt." Ukraine have three points and need to beat England to progress, while the English who are second to France on goal difference on four points just need a draw.
